About
Your Nashville Wedding Coordinator
Steady guidance for refined, well-executed celebrations
I’m Tasya, a Nashville wedding coordinator behind Vibewell Vows, supporting couples who want calm, organized, and beautifully run celebrations from start to finish. I guide both local and destination weddings with steady leadership so each event feels personal, grounded, and fully supported from planning through execution.
With professional certification in wedding planning and destination coordination, I work across Nashville and Middle Tennessee alongside destination weddings throughout the Caribbean and Mexico. Years of hands on coordination, ongoing industry education, and travel expertise keep every detail moving with purpose, whether planning a refined local ceremony or a multi day destination experience.
Vibewell Vows exists for couples who value presence over pressure, structure over chaos, and guidance rooted in experience rather than trend. Each wedding receives thoughtful oversight, creative support, and calm execution so focus stays where it belongs.

How I Lead Weddings and Support My Couples
This is how I approach every wedding as a Nashville wedding coordinator and destination planner.
Wedding moment I love most
The groom’s reaction as his bride walks down the aisle. It never gets old.
Moment most likely to get me emotional
Vows and speeches. Hearing people speak from the heart always gets me.
Detail couples often underestimate
How many moving parts must align for a wedding to flow smoothly, ideally with only one intentional hitch.
My approach to trends
I follow the couple, not trends. What feels right matters more than what might feel dated next year.
Non-negotiable on a wedding day
Protecting what matters most to the couple, whether a first look, the reception, or another priority.
Favorite wedding setting
Destination celebrations. Not always beach focused, but always rich with romance, beauty, and connection.
Reception moment I never get tired of
Seeing everyone on the dance floor together, especially guests meeting for the first time and having the best time anyway.
Expert Destination Knowledge
These certifications allow me to coordinate destination weddings with the same structure and control I bring to Nashville wedding coordination.

How My Travel Experience Supports Your Destination Wedding
Place closest to my heart
Puerto Rico and Jamaica. Puerto Rico is where I got engaged and Jamaica is where I celebrated my own destination wedding. Both shaped how I design wedding experiences with flow, intention, and real-world guest logistics in mind.
Destination surprised me most
Egypt. Deep history, incredible beauty, and a reminder iconic destinations often come with complex logistics couples never see coming.
Ideal arrival day timing
Early morning. Time for lunch, a short rest, and a little beach or or resort exploration time before the first event.
Advice I always give destination couples
Arrive at least three days early. Weather, flights delays, and unexpected changes happen. Extra time protects your wedding.
Destination I think couples overlook
Jamaica. Despite lingering misconceptions after the recent hurricane season, the resorts and communities are strong, rebuilding beautifully, and offering incredible wedding value.
Bucket list destination still calling me
Antarctica. Because even planners dream big!
Resorts I 'Vibe Well' With
These partnerships allow me to coordinate destination weddings with trusted resort teams while protecting guest experience and event flow.
And additional preferred resort partners across the Caribbean and Mexico
My Approach as a Nashville Wedding Planner and Destination Wedding Coordinator
Three words describe how I work
Organized. Detail-oriented. Calm under pressure.
My role on a wedding day
Keep everything moving with precision so the day stays on track without feeling rushed.
What success looks like
My couple fully present and actually enjoying their wedding.
Day-of must-haves
Arriving rested, prepared, and carrying my emergency kit at all times.
What I notice first in a space
Lighting and flow. Then I start visualizing placement and movement.
Perfect way to recharge after a wedding weekend
Unplugging completely and resting before the next celebration.
