Per-person rates below are for our 4-night stay (May 21–25, 2027) and include full room & board — all meals, snacks, and drinks at the resort — plus your private roundtrip airport transfer. Transfers are invoiced separately by Vibewell Voyages, due at the same time as your flight itinerary, but are already factored into your total trip cost.

A valid passport is required for travel to the Dominican Republic. Don’t have one yet, or need to renew? Start the process now — processing can take several weeks.

US citizens don’t need a visa for short stays. Every traveler must also complete the Dominican Republic’s free E-Ticket entry form online before arrival (and again before departure). Feel free to forward your confirmation to Tasya to keep with your itinerary.

The main airport serving the region, about 15–20 minutes from Playa Bávaro and the resort. Direct flights from most major US cities.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, with the resort’s approval. Just indicate you’d like to extend when you submit your room request, and Tasya will follow up to help sort out your dates. The resort can typically honor our group’s preferred pricing up to 3 days before and 3 days after the room block. Pricing for extra nights can’t be finalized until the resort confirms availability — if you’d like a rough idea in the meantime, take your 4-night rate above and divide by 4 for a general sense of the per-night cost.
Do I have to stay at Paradisus Palma Real?
Yes — absolutely. Staying inside our room block is required to attend wedding events; guests staying elsewhere are charged a fee just to come on property, and won’t have access to the resort outside of the wedding itself. We negotiated group pricing specifically so everyone could stay together and enjoy each other’s company all weekend.
Can I bring my kids?
Of course! Just choose one of our standard Paradisus Collection rooms when you book. The Reserve collection is 18+ only, so steer clear of those if you’re traveling with little ones.
What’s actually included in the room price?
Full room & board — all meals, snacks, and drinks at the resort — is built into the per-person rate shown above. Your private roundtrip airport transfer is included in your trip too, though it’s invoiced separately (see Payment Schedule above). Flights are not included and are booked separately by each guest. The only other separate costs are optional travel insurance and the small on-site resort fee.
What happens if I miss the October 1st deadline?
Reach out to Tasya directly so she can check what’s still available — RSVPs and rooms after October 1 are handled case by case. Availability gets even more limited once the December 1 second payment passes, so the sooner you reach out, the more options you’ll have.
Do I need a passport?
