We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you in beautiful Barbados! Thank you for considering making the trip to celebrate with us. We know traveling for a destination wedding takes extra planning, and it truly means so much to have our favorite people by our side. We cannot wait to spend an unforgettable week together in paradise.

🌴 A quick note about accommodations:

We have reserved a room block at Sea Breeze Beach House in Christ Church, Barbados, where all of our wedding celebrations will take place. We kindly ask all guests attending the wedding to stay at the resort as part of our wedding group.

By booking within our room block, you’ll enjoy our negotiated group rates and amenities while helping us meet the resort’s room commitment. It also keeps everyone together, making it easy to enjoy the wedding festivities and spend quality time with family and friends throughout the week.

Reservations made through third party websites or using loyalty points are not considered part of our wedding group and will not be included in our room block benefits.

We have planned a 6 night celebration filled with time to relax, reconnect, and create incredible memories together. Whether we’re celebrating at our wedding events or simply enjoying the beach, pools, and island together, we are so excited to share this experience with you.

💍Beachside "I do" ceremony

Friday, June 25th | 5:30 PM
🌴 The ceremony will take place on beach, right off the main resort, overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Please arrive 30 minutes early to be seated comfortably.
👗 Dress code: Beach Semi-Formal — think light colors, breathable fabrics, and shoes easy to slip off. Please no jeans, casual t-shirts, swimsuits, or high heels.

Airport Transfers

Transfer pricing is not included in your room package and will be finalized once our travel advisor has received everyone’s flight information. To keep costs as low as possible, guests arriving around the same time may be grouped together in shared private transfers when schedules allow.

Transfer invoices will be sent separately from your room reservation after all flights have been confirmed.

If you are traveling with others and would like to share a villa, please let our travel advisor know when booking so everyone can be reserved together.

Villa bedding configurations vary by unit and cannot be guaranteed. Requests for specific bedding arrangements may be made but are subject to availability at the time of check in.

Availability for each villa category is limited, so we encourage everyone to reserve early to secure their preferred accommodations.
