Wedding Day Support
Targeted on site services designed to keep your celebration running smoothly from setup through final send off.
Ceremony and/or Reception Setup‑Only
Choose Ceremony Setup, Reception Setup, or combine both for full setup support. I place personal decor, align vendor setup, polish key details (tables, signage, displays), and hand off before guests arrive/doors open. So your spaces look effortless without full‑day coordination.
Rehearsal‑to‑Reception Coordination Only
Choose Rehearsal + Ceremony, Cocktail Hour + Reception, or bundle for end‑to‑end flow. I run rehearsal, confirm roles, and cue every processional step; on wedding day I manage ceremony timing and vendor arrivals. For the evening, I guide grand entrance, toasts, special dances, cake service, seating, and vendor timing. Keeping the timeline smooth from first cue to last song so you stay present.
Grand Exit + Tear Down
Choose Grand Exit Coordination, Tear Down Support, or bundle both. I design your send‑off, cue guests, sync with photo/video and entertainment, and manage timing and safety. After you head out, I break down personal decor, pack items neatly, and coordinate vendor pickups within the agreed window – so your people go home, not to clean up.

I translate your vibe, guest count, and budget into a tight shortlist, arrange tours, and equip you with smart questions and holds before you decide.
Timeline Creation Only
Choose Timeline Creation or Timeline Creation Plus. I build a detailed, vendor‑ready timeline tailored to your venue, priorities, and logistics, then walk you through key cues and contingencies. Upgrade to Plus for layout guidance, vendor confirmations, and a brief pre‑event run‑through to align your team before the big day.
Wedding Coach Package
One‑on‑one coaching for hands‑on couples. Targeted sessions, templates, and clear next steps so you stay confident and on track.
Honeymoon Planning

Resort or cruise selection, private transfers, custom excursions, even month-long European adventures.
