We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you in beautiful Costa Rica. Traveling for a destination wedding takes extra planning, and it truly means the world to us you are making the trip. We have planned a full week of events so everyone can relax, connect, and enjoy time together in a setting made for celebration.

🌟 A quick note about where to stay:

All wedding events will take place at the resort. To attend the wedding and all related celebrations, guests will need to stay on property as part of our wedding room block. The resort does not allow outside guests or day passes for private events, so only guests booked within our group will be able to join us.

We have reserved a special room block and placed a deposit based on the number of guests planning to attend. This allows us to secure preferred pricing and hold space for everyone traveling in. Booking through our group helps protect this reservation and keeps everything running smoothly.

Reservations made using points or third party booking sites are not included in the wedding block and will not have access to the wedding events.

Staying within the room block also means everyone enjoys the full group experience with our negotiated amenities, easy access to every event, and the freedom to spend time together without worrying about transportation or scheduling.

For those who have arrived already, join us for a casual welcome reception with drinks and stunning views to kick off the wedding week.

💍Beachside "I do" ceremony

Thursday, January 14th | 5:30 PM
🌴 The ceremony will take place on Conchal beach, right off the main resort, overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Please arrive 30 minutes early to be seated comfortably.
👗 Dress code: Beach Semi-Formal — think light colors, breathable fabrics, and shoes easy to slip off. Please no jeans, casual t-shirts, swimsuits, or high heels.

If you’re staying a few extra days, join us for a relaxing catamaran cruise departing early afternoon. Pricing is TBD per person.

Airport Transfers

Private round trip transfers between Liberia International Airport (LIR) and the resort will be arranged for our wedding group. (Please do not fly into San Jose – SJO)

Transfer pricing is not included yet and will be finalized after our travel advisor receives all guest flight details. Private round trip transfers will not exceed $500 per vehicle and will be split among guests based on how many are on each transfer. Transfer costs will be collected separately from the room package.

A 10% group discount is available for golf with a minimum of 16 players. Pricing will be confirmed once interest and tee times are finalized, and all golf fees will be collected separately based on the final number of participants.

Group Excursion

Set sail on an unforgettable afternoon with our Catamaran Cruise! Imagine sun-drenched decks, sparkling seas, and laughter all around. The cost is TBD per person, which is not included in the package pricing and will be collected separately for direct payment.

Westin Reserva Conchal offers three room categories for our wedding group: Deluxe Junior Suite, Premium Junior Suite, and Westin Club 18 plus.
If you need multiple rooms, guests should book the same room category. Rooms booked in different categories may be located in separate areas of the resort.
Bedding configurations cannot be guaranteed. Requests for one king bed or two double beds may be made but are subject to availability at check in.
Children ages 0 to 5 stay free when sharing a room with two paying adults. Children ages 6 to 12 receive a discounted child rate, and teens ages 13 to 17 receive a reduced youth rate. Guests 18 and older are considered adults for pricing.
Youth and child rates require two paid adults in the room. If a room includes one adult and one child, adult double occupancy pricing will apply.
